Job Responsibilities:
Conduct daily calling on leads to identify and understand customer requirements
Generate and develop prospects through regular follow-ups
Schedule and coordinate client site visits with the sales team
Maintain and update lead data in CRM/records
Provide timely updates on lead status and pipeline to reporting manager
Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients
Support sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
Desired Candidate Profile:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of real estate preferred (not mandatory)
Strong convincing skills and customer handling ability
Self-driven, proactive, and target oriented
Fresher or experienced both can apply
