Key Responsibilities
Oversee all daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow
Lead, supervise, and mentor stylists, therapists, and support staff
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations
Ensure excellent customer service and handle client concerns professionally
Monitor sales, service targets, and overall salon performance
Manage inventory, supplier orders, and cost control
Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and health regulations
Oversee appointment systems, billing, cash handling, and reporting
Implement promotions, upselling strategies, and client retention programs
Maintain a professional, welcoming salon environment
Required Qualifications & Experience
3-6 years of experience in salon or beauty industry management
Strong leadership, staff training, and conflict-resolution skills
Excellent communication and customer relationship abilities
Solid understanding of hair, beauty, and wellness services
Experience with POS systems, booking software, and basic accounting
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Skills
Background in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or salon administration
Sales-driven mindset with experience meeting revenue targets
Social media or marketing coordination experience
