to lead and drive sales strategies for our salon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing client acquisition, building strong customer relationships, improving service revenue, and ensuring the achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive walk-ins, repeat business, and service upselling.
Identify new business opportunities including local marketing, corporate tie-ups, and referrals.
Collaborate with the salon team to ensure consistent customer satisfaction and retention.
Promote beauty packages, memberships, and product sales to meet revenue goals.
Manage and monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Train the salon staff in customer interaction and upselling techniques.
Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure excellent client service.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and gather feedback for service improvement.
Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and offers.
Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with branding initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the beauty/wellness/hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of salon services, treatments, and customer preferences.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet targets.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic data analysis.
Customer-focused with a passion for service excellence.
