SALON RECRUITER



Key Responsibilities:



Talent Acquisition:

Identify, attract, and recruit qualified candidates for various salon positions, ensuring alignment with our company's standards and culture.

Networking:

Utilize existing industry connections and develop new relationships within the salon sector to build a robust talent pipeline.

Job Posting & Advertising:

Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and industry-specific forums.

Screening & Interviewing:

Conduct initial screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate for the interview process.

Qualifications:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or experience in the related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the salon or beauty industry.

Industry Knowledge:

Strong understanding of salon roles, responsibilities, and required qualifications.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Tech-Savvy:

Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
