Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional attitude
Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and confirmations
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Assist with basic administrative tasks
Manage daily cash handling and maintain records
Requirements
Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Previous front-desk or customer service experience required
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Customer-friendly and professional behavior
