Salon Operations Intern

Khar (On-site)

Shift:

9 hours/day, 6 days/week

Minimum 12 months (full-time internship)

Months 1-3:

?3,000/month

(training & shadowing) Months 4-6:

?3,000-?10,000/month

(performance-based) Months 7-12: Increment based on KPIs (attendance, accuracy, speed, customer ratings)

What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)

Front Desk Ops:

Manage appointments, walk-ins, and WhatsApp/phone queries; on-time client check-ins.

Service Coordination:

Prepare cabins, handover client briefs to stylists/consultants, ensure slot discipline.

Inventory & Purchase:

Track stock (systems, adhesives, hair care), do GRN, low-stock alerts, vendor follow-ups.

Billing & Cash Control:

Create invoices, tally EOD cash/POS/UPI, receipt filing.

CRM & Records:

Update Sheets/CRM after each service (service notes, photos, consent forms).

Hygiene & Audit:

Daily salon checklist (tools, linen, sterilization, cabin readiness), weekly mini-audit.

Client Experience:

Tea/water protocol, feedback capture, NPS prompts, post-visit follow-ups.

Back-office Support:

Courier dispatch logs, repair/maintenance tickets, basic MIS updates.

What We're Looking For

Fresh graduates/last-year students welcome;

operations/retail/salon

interest is a plus.

Strong ownership

; calm under pressure in peak hours.

Google Sheets/Excel basics

(filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred), WhatsApp Business, email etiquette. Excellent spoken English/Hindi/Marathi; neat grooming & punctuality. Willing to work

on-site 9 hours

and some festival/weekend rush days.
