Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, motivate, and lead salon staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Manage day-to-day salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and supplies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of team members.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, upselling, and client retention.
Monitor financial performance, including budgets, targets, and cost controls.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
Coordinate marketing activities, promotional offers, and events to attract clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a
Salon Manager
or in a supervisory role within the beauty industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of salon services, treatments, and products.
Ability to handle budgets, targets, and operational reports.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.
Education & Experience:
Diploma or degree in Beauty Management / Cosmetology (preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in salon/spa management.
