Qualifications:

Proven experience in salon management or a related role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of beauty industry trends, products, and services. Proficient in salon software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Education and Certification:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education in business management or cosmetology is a plus.
