Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven
Salon Manager
to oversee the daily operations of our aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a salon or aesthetic clinic environment and should be highly capable of driving revenue, achieving monthly targets, managing staff performance, and ensuring exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end salon/aesthetic clinic operations including front office, therapists, and technicians.
Drive
monthly revenue, service, and product sales targets
and ensure consistent target achievement.
Plan and execute sales strategies, offers, and promotions to increase footfall and conversions.
Monitor daily sales reports, MIS, and KPIs; analyze performance and take corrective actions.
Train, motivate, and manage staff to meet individual and team targets.
Ensure high standards of customer service, client satisfaction, and retention.
Handle client escalations, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate appointment scheduling, staff rosters, and leave planning.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and clinic protocols.
Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor coordination, and cost control.
Work closely with management on business growth initiatives.
Key Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in
target-based salon or aesthetic clinic management
.
Strong sales orientation with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
Strong analytical skills to track performance and improve conversions.
Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare services, and salon operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel, billing software, and CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma in Management, Beauty Therapy, or related field.
Experience handling
multiple service lines
(laser, skin, hair, body, salon services).
Experience in upselling packages, memberships, and retail products.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,776.29 - ₹47,146.61 per month
