Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily salon operations and ensure high standards of service delivery Manage, motivate, and train staff for improved performance and customer satisfaction Handle scheduling, inventory management, and supplier coordination Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly maintained Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries or concerns Support marketing initiatives and help grow the salon's client base Monitor financial performance and assist with budgeting and reporting Maintain a positive and professional environment that reflects the salon's values

Qualifications:

Prior experience in managing a salon or similar environment is preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Good problem-solving abilities and customer orientation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Passion for the beauty and wellness industry
