Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete day-to-day salon operations smoothly and efficiently.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the salon team to achieve service quality and sales targets.
Ensure high standards of customer service, grooming, hygiene, and salon ambience.
Handle client interactions, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Monitor sales performance, conversions, and daily/monthly targets.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and basic operational reporting.
Coordinate with management on performance updates and operational needs.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in the salon or beauty industry (management role preferred).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Good experience in
customer handling, sales, and service conversion
.
Fluent in
Hindi
(English/Malayalam is an added advantage).
Well-groomed, confident, and professional personality.
