Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily salon operations ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service.
Supervise and motivate salon staff to meet sales and service targets.
Maintain grooming standards, client service excellence, and salon hygiene.
Handle customer queries, appointments, and complaints professionally.
Support training and development of salon staff.
Report performance and operational updates to management.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in salon operations/management.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Fluent in
English & Hindi
(Malayalam will be an added advantage).
Professional, well-groomed, and client-focused personality.
