Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and professional Salon Manager to lead and oversee daily salon operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining service quality, and driving the overall growth of the salon. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth workflow. Manage and motivate salon staff, including hairstylists, beauticians, and support staff. Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and service quality. Monitor client satisfaction and handle escalations or concerns professionally. Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, and performance. Track daily sales, revenue, and inventory management. Implement strategies to increase client retention and business growth. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and salon standards. Coordinate with the management team for promotions, offers, and marketing initiatives. Key Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and client-handling ability. Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Well-groomed, professional, and approachable personality. Basic computer and reporting skills. Qualification & Experience: Diploma/Certification in Beauty & Wellness, Salon Management, Hospitality, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in salon/spa management or a customer service leadership role. Candidates with proven ability to handle salon operations will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
