Key Responsibilities:Operations Management
Oversee daily salon operations including scheduling, cleanliness, and organization.
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage point-of-sale system and handle financial transactions.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and mentor salon staff (stylists, receptionists, assistants).
Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching.
Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
Foster a positive and professional team culture.
Customer Service
Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Build strong relationships with regular and potential clients.
Marketing & Sales
Develop and implement promotions to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Monitor service and product sales performance.
Collaborate with marketing teams or handle social media presence to promote the salon.
Financial Management
Prepare budgets and track financial performance.
Maximize profitability through cost control and revenue generation.
Generate and analyze sales and performance reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of beauty industry trends and services.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in scheduling software, POS systems, and basic accounting.
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure environments.
Cosmetology license (preferred or required, depending on location).
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree or certification in Business Management, Cosmetology, or related field.
Experience in marketing or sales.
