Salon Manager
to oversee daily operations, manage the salon team, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for staff coordination, sales performance, and maintaining high service and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning
Manage, train, and motivate stylists and support staff
Create staff schedules and manage attendance
Ensure excellent customer service and handle client complaints professionally
Maintain salon cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality standards
Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage vendor coordination
Drive salon sales, promotions, and customer retention initiatives
Track daily sales, targets, and performance reports
Ensure compliance with salon policies and safety regulations
Requirements
Proven experience as a Salon Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities
Knowledge of salon services, products, and operations
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of billing systems, inventory management, and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a premium or luxury salon environment
Certification or diploma in beauty, wellness, or management
