LookWell Salon is seeking an experienced and dedicated Salon Manager to lead and oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for the beauty and wellness industry, skilled in managing staff, maintaining operational efficiency, and delivering a premium client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Having 2-4 years of experience properly & typically in salon industry. Oversee day-to-day salon operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Train, and supervise salon staff, including stylists, beauticians, and housekeeping personnel. Monitor and manage staff performance, including scheduling, attendance, and adherence to company policies. Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring availability of necessary products, & Consumption, Retail Audits too. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with salon safety protocols. Drive sales by promoting services, packages, and retail products. Handle billing, cash flow, Petty & Manage Cash and financial reporting in collaboration with the accounts team. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients. Monitor salon performance, analyse metrics, and propose strategies for improvement. Proven experience as a Salon Manager or similar role in the beauty industry. Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service, Staff Management and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with salon & Employee management software (e.g., Zenoti, GreyTHR) is a plus. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Knowledge of beauty and wellness trends and industry standards.

Pay: ₹200.00 per day
