Job Title: Salon Manager

Role Overview



The Salon Manager will lead day-to-day operations of a premium salon, ensuring exceptional customer experience, smooth service delivery, team performance, and revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, customer relationship management, operational excellence, and experience managing a luxury beauty environment.

Key Responsibilities



Salon Operations Management



Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring smooth functioning across hair, beauty, spa, and grooming services. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality in line with premium brand expectations. Coordinate appointment scheduling, peak hour management, and service flow. Ensure all tools, equipment, and retail products are maintained, stocked, and in working condition.

Customer Experience & Service Excellence



Provide a luxury client experience from entry to exit. Handle VIP clients, special requests, escalations, and service recovery professionally. Monitor client feedback and consistently improve service delivery. Ensure staff follow premium brand etiquette, grooming standards, and communication protocols.

Team Leadership & Training



Lead, motivate, and manage stylists, beauticians, therapists, and front desk staff. Conduct training sessions on service quality, grooming, upselling, and customer handling. Schedule shifts, manage attendance, and ensure optimal staffing during peak hours. Foster a positive, professional, high-performance work environment.

Sales, Revenue & Business Growth



Drive sales of services, memberships, and premium retail products. Achieve monthly revenue targets through effective upselling and cross-selling. Monitor and report daily sales, service performance, and inventory usage. Support marketing initiatives, events, influencer collaborations, and promotional activities.

Inventory & Vendor Management



Manage stock of cosmetics, beauty products, tools, and consumables. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely replenishment. Reduce wastage, maintain cost efficiency, and ensure product quality.

Compliance & Safety



Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, sanitation, and brand SOP guidelines. Oversee equipment maintenance and adherence to health regulations. Manage audits, inspection checklists, and operational documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Beauty, Salon Management, or related field.

5-8 years of experience in managing a premium salon or hospitality outlet

. Strong knowledge of hair, beauty, styling, and premium salon services. Excellent communication, customer handling, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of stylists and service professionals. Good understanding of POS systems, CRM tools, and salon software. Strong sales orientation and business acumen. Experience working with Aesthetic Clinics would be good to have.
