We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Salon Manager

to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our salon. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, highly organized, and committed to creating a welcoming and professional environment for both customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

: Manage and motivate a team of stylists and support staff to achieve salon goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

Customer Focus

: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.

Coordination and Scheduling

: Oversee daily operations, including staff schedules, appointments, and inventory management, ensuring seamless coordination.

Operational Excellence

: Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized salon environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Communication

: Serve as the primary point of contact for both staff and clients, fostering open communication and collaboration.

Sales and Marketing

: Drive salon growth through promotions, customer retention strategies, and community engagement.

Requirements:

Proven experience in salon management or a similar role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. A friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on teamwork. Commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience. Language Fluency Hindi English & Malayalam
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kottayam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
