As a salon manager at a Toni & Guy salon, your role involves overseeing the daily operations of the salon and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the business. Responsibilities:

Operational Management:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining salon standards.
Ensure that all services provided adhere to the Toni & Guy brand standards and maintain high-quality customer service.

Staff Supervision and Training:Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff, including hairdressers, stylists, receptionists, and other support staff.
Provide guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure the team meets or exceeds set goals.

Customer Service and Client Relations:Uphold excellent customer service standards by managing client appointments, handling customer inquiries, and resolving any complaints effectively.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

Financial Management:Monitor salon finances, including budgeting, sales targets, and controlling costs.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and maintain profitability.

Marketing and Promotion:Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase salon visibility and attract new customers.
Implement promotional events, collaborations, and campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in a managerial role within the beauty, hairdressing, or salon industry. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. Excellent communication(Hindi, English, Malayalam) and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, staff, and suppliers. Business acumen and the ability to handle financial aspects of the salon's operations. Proficiency in using salon management software and systems for scheduling, inventory, and performance tracking.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
