Job Title: Salon Manager

The Salon Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff performance, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should be a strong leader, organized, and passionate about the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate salon staff (stylists, beauticians, receptionists, etc.). Create staff schedules and manage shift coverage. Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations. Customer Service: Ensure all clients receive excellent service and satisfaction. Handle client complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently. Build strong relationships with regular clients and promote customer loyalty. Salon Operations: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the salon. Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed. Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and serviced regularly. Sales & Marketing: Promote salon services and products to increase revenue. Develop marketing strategies, such as offers, packages, and social media promotions. Analyze sales reports and set monthly performance targets. Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Keep accurate records of licenses, permits, and employee certifications.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a leadership role in the beauty industry. Strong knowledge of salon services, products, and operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage budgets and achieve sales targets. Professional appearance and attitude.
Working Conditions:

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

Performance bonus
