Job Summary:

Mirror Magic Salon is looking for a dynamic and experienced

Salon Manager

to oversee daily operations at our Basaveshwar Nagar branch. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in salon management, team handling, and client service. You will be responsible for team supervision, customer satisfaction, sales growth, and maintaining overall salon standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Salon Operations Management

Manage daily salon operations and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards. Oversee staff schedules, attendance, and productivity. Ensure smooth functioning of salon equipment and maintain service standards.

Team Leadership

Supervise and motivate staff to meet service and sales goals. Conduct training sessions and regular performance reviews. Ensure proper grooming and professional conduct of the team.

Customer Service

Ensure excellent customer service and address client feedback or complaints promptly. Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Sales & Inventory Management

Promote salon services and upsell retail products. Monitor inventory and place orders for products and supplies as needed. Track daily sales and maintain cash and billing records.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience as a Salon Manager or Supervisor. Strong leadership and people management skills. Good understanding of beauty and grooming services. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
