Job Summary:

Rawls Salon is looking for an experienced and dynamic

Salon Manager

to oversee daily salon operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, professional, and passionate about the beauty and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow. Manage and motivate the salon team to deliver excellent service. Handle client queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain salon hygiene, cleanliness, and overall presentation. Monitor staff performance, schedules, and attendance. Coordinate with management for sales targets, promotions, and offers. Ensure availability of salon products and manage inventory. Maintain billing records and coordinate with accounts for daily reports. Train and guide new staff to meet salon standards. Build strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty and referrals. Oversee marketing activities, memberships, and client retention programs.

Requirements:

Graduate or Diploma in Beauty/Spa/Salon Management preferred. 3-5 years of experience in salon operations or management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, client handling, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of salon products, services, and latest beauty trends. Smart, well-groomed, and customer-focused personality.
