Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily functioning of the salon
Lead and guide the team to deliver exceptional customer service
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance
Ensure the salon environment is clean, hygienic, and welcoming
Monitor inventory and place orders for products and supplies
Handle client bookings, queries, and feedback professionally
Implement sales and promotional strategies to achieve branch targets
Maintain compliance with Rawls' brand standards and service protocols
Coordinate with the marketing team for in-salon promotions and events
Prepare operational and sales reports for management review
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in salon or spa management (luxury brand experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of hair, beauty, and wellness services
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office and salon management software
Ability to handle high-end clientele with professionalism
