?Key Focus Areas:

Leadership & Staff Management:

Recruit, train, motivate, and manage staff (stylists, beauticians) to ensure high productivity and adherence to brand standards. ?

Business Growth:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for services and retail products. Manage scheduling and resource allocation efficiently. ?

Customer Experience:

Ensure exceptional customer service, handle complaints professionally, and utilize feedback (like reviews) for continuous improvement. ?

Operations & Compliance:

Oversee inventory, manage daily financials (KPIs/reporting), and ensure the salon maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and operational compliance.
?Required:

?3+ years in salon or retail management. ?Strong leadership, business acumen, and P&L management skills. ?Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
