Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise and coordinate salon staff including beauticians and stylists.
Handle client appointments, walk-ins, and customer service.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and service quality.
Monitor staff attendance, duty schedules, and performance.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaint resolution.
Manage inventory, products, and salon supplies.
Ensure achievement of service quality and sales targets.
Maintain billing, cash handling, and basic reports.
Support marketing activities and customer retention programs.
Qualification Required:
Minimum
10th / +2
(any qualification acceptable)
Certification in beauty or salon management is an added advantage
Experience:
1 to 2 years
experience required
Candidates with team-handling experience will be highly preferred
Salary:
