As Salon Manager, you will:

Oversee daily salon operations to maintain brand standards. Lead and motivate your team for excellent customer service. Achieve sales & service targets with incentive opportunities. Manage staff schedules, inventory, and customer handling professionally. Be the face of Ashtamudi Wellness in your location, ensuring customer delight and operational excellence.
