Staff Management
: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor salon staff (stylists, beauticians, receptionists); create work schedules; conduct performance evaluations, and foster a positive, professional work environment.
Daily Operations
: Oversee the salon's day-to-day activities, including opening/closing procedures, appointment scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and hygiene standards
Client Relations
: Ensure exceptional customer service, handle client inquiries, address complaints gracefully, and implement strategies to build client loyalty and retention.
Inventory Control
: Monitor inventory levels of products and supplies, place orders as needed, and arrange for equipment maintenance.
Sales & Marketing
: Develop and implement marketing strategies, run promotions (e.g., social media contests), and promote services and products to attract new clients and drive business growth.
Leadership
: Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate a team and resolve conflicts effectively.
