Bodhis Salon is a leading beauty and wellness brand known for its premium services and customer-first approach. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of client service, operational efficiency, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
Handle client queries, feedback, and resolve complaints promptly.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and service standards are consistently maintained.
Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
Drive sales, promotional activities, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of expenses, revenues, and staff attendance.
Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in salon or spa management.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Knowledge of beauty & wellness industry trends.
Proficiency in MS Office & POS systems (preferred).
