Now Hiring: Salon Manager

Location: Fancy Bazar, Guwahati

Salary: ₹12,000 - ?15,000 per month (based on experience)

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Salon Manager to lead daily operations and ensure a smooth, high-quality client experience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee daily salon operations and staff scheduling

Manage customer appointments, billing, and client feedback

Supervise beauticians, stylists, and housekeeping staff

Maintain salon cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards

Manage inventory and coordinate product supplies

Drive customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits

Support marketing and social media promotions

Handle petty cash, reports, and communication with management

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in salon or retail management preferred

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Basic computer or salon booking software knowledge

Positive attitude and leadership qualities

Joining: Immediate
