Customer Service:
Salon Manager is the first and last contact a guest has with the salon. Candidate must possess excellent guest service skills, be able to answer questions and assist guests during their overall salon experience.

Operational Duties:
Primary responsibilities include ensuring the day-to-day salon operation flows smoothly and that stylist productivity goals are met.

Administrative Duties:
Responsible for answering phones, scheduling client appointments and making schedule adjustments throughout the day as cancellations occur or appointments take longer than scheduled.

Confidence and pleasant attitude. Excellent phone and customer service skills required. Knowledge of computer systems. Must be highly organized and possess the ability to multitask during extremely busy periods of the business day while always maintaining a smile and happy attitude.
