Primary responsibilities- \xe2\x97\x8f Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner. \xe2\x97\x8f Tending to customer needs, inquiries, and complaints. \xe2\x97\x8f Informing hairdressers and beauticians about customer appointments and requirements. \xe2\x97\x8f Managing phone calls, emails, deliveries, and office inventory. \xe2\x97\x8f Processing bookings and cancellations, and managing appointment schedules. \xe2\x97\x8f Ensuring that the reception area is kept clean and professional. \xe2\x97\x8f Assisting with marketing and sales by providing customers with information on promotions and new products and services. \xe2\x97\x8f Processing transactions and issuing receipts. \xe2\x97\x8f Performing administrative tasks such as filing, updating records, and logging transactions. Qualifications & Experience- \xe2\x97\x8f Should be Minimum of HSC Passed. \xe2\x97\x8f A minimum of 1-2 year experience as a receptionist. Expected competencies- \xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency in administrative computer software such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook \xe2\x97\x8f Exceptional time management and organisational abilities. \xe2\x97\x8f Consistent professional presentation and well mannered. \xe2\x97\x8f Should have good communication skills in English, Hindi/Local language \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent customer service and skills.
