About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-friendly Salon Coordinator to join our Toni & Guy Essensuals team in Trivandrum. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless service flow and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist clients professionally, creating a premium salon experience. Manage appointments, walk-ins, and stylist schedules using the booking system. Coordinate with stylists, therapists, and staff for smooth daily operations. Handle client enquiries regarding services, stylists, and products. Perform billing, invoicing, and daily cash settlement. Maintain the reception area and uphold salon ambience standards. Promote services, memberships, and retail products to clients. Collect and record client feedback; assist in resolving issues. Support inventory and stock management tasks.

Requirements

Experience in salons, spas, hospitality, or customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality. Basic computer skills and familiarity with billing systems. Ability to handle peak-hour rush professionally.

Must be able to join immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
