Store Manager
to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store's operations, from staffing to inventory, ensuring a seamless customer experience and adherence to company standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and staff.
Solid understanding of financial management and budget controls.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in MS Office and store management software (POS systems, inventory management tools).
Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
