Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
Ensure the store floor and displays are neat, clean, and well-stocked.
Handle billing, cash, and POS operations accurately.
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets assigned by the store.
Manage customer queries, complaints, and provide solutions.
Support in stock management, merchandise display, and inventory checks.
Follow company policies, grooming standards, and sales guidelines.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum qualification: +2 pass .
Good communication skills (local language + basic English/Hindi).
Identify and approach potential customers to generate sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Customer-friendly attitude with positive body language.
Basic knowledge of fashion/retail preferred.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
