Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company's growth objectives.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to effectively position our products.
Order Management: Oversee the order process from inquiry to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to inform product development and improve service offerings.
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation abilities. * Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Knowledge of ethnic wear trends and customer preferences.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
