Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic

Sales Telecaller

to support our sales and business development activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating conversations with potential clients, explaining our products/services, and scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and platforms Explain company products and services clearly and professionally Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales or technical team Maintain a database of calls, follow-ups, and client responses using CRM or Excel Handle basic inbound inquiries and route them to the concerned department Follow up with interested prospects regularly to maintain engagement Assist in email follow-ups, WhatsApp communication, and campaign outreach

Requirements:

Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role Excellent verbal communication in

English and Hindi

(regional languages a plus) Basic understanding of engineering or industrial products preferred (training will be provided) Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills Proficiency in using Google Sheets, Excel, and basic CRM tools Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn
