Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive

Telecalling Executive

to join our growing pharmaceutical sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to doctors, chemists, distributors, and healthcare professionals to promote our products and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Present and explain pharmaceutical products clearly and confidently. Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/system. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Provide excellent customer service and handle basic queries.

Requirements



Good communication skills in English and/or local languages. Confidence, persuasive personality, and a customer-focused approach. Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM software. Prior telecalling or sales experience in pharma (preferred but not mandatory). Ability to learn product details and explain them effectively.
