Job Title: Business Development Executive (Field Sales)
Salary: upto 35k in hand for experienced
Key Responsibilities

  • Drive field sales by actively seeking out new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients, deliver appropriate presentations on products and services, and negotiate/close deals.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, evaluate customer needs, and create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction, handle complaints or objections, and gather feedback from customers or prospects to share with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in B2C Sales (preferably from Ecom or Logistics Industry).
  • Proficiency in English and local language.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Must be self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Requires strong convincing power.
  • Must be competitive, trustworthy, and able to help construct and shape business activities.
