Identify and acquire new clients through on-field visits, referrals, and lead follow-ups
Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to explain company services and value propositions
Convert leads into customers by understanding client requirements and offering suitable solutions
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure closure and post-sale support
Handle client documentation, agreements, and basic reporting related to sales activities
Attend internal and external meetings, site visits, and business presentations as required
Coordinate effectively with internal teams (operations, accounts, support, etc.) to ensure timely execution of services
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
Prepare daily/weekly activity reports and update CRM or tracking systems
Skills & Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients
Good negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently on the field
High level of discipline, punctuality, and professional behaviour
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple client engagements
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid Driving License (DL), Registration Certificate (RC), and insurance
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
