Sanico is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to expand dealer networks and drive field sales. The role involves meeting dealers, converting leads provided by the company, and strengthening market presence in assigned territories. Key Responsibilities
Handle field sales activities for sanitaryware and tiles
Follow up and convert company-provided leads
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors
Expand and manage the dealer network in assigned areas
Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and deliveries
Provide market feedback on pricing, competitors, and customer needs Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales & marketing
Mandatory experience in Sanitaryware / Tiles / Building Materials industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel extensively for field sales
Self-motivated with target-oriented mindset Additional Requirements
Two-wheeler is mandatory
Petrol allowance will be provided
Candidate age should be below 35 40 years Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience handling dealer networks in Chennai or nearby areas
Immediate joiners preferred
