Job Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a polite and friendly manner

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Maintain proper stock display and cleanliness of the store

Handle billing and payments accurately

Build good relationships with customers

Follow company policies and sales guidelines

Requirements:

Basic communication skills

Interest in sales and customer service

Retail experience preferred (freshers can also apply)

Honest, punctual, and hardworking
