We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator to act as a bridge between the Marketing and Sales teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication, alignment of strategies, timely execution of campaigns, and accurate reporting to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact between the Sales and Marketing teams.- Coordinate marketing campaigns and ensure sales team alignment with campaign objectives.- Track leads generated by marketing and share with sales teams, ensuring timely follow-ups.- Maintain and update sales & marketing trackers, dashboards, and reports.- Support in planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives/events.- Assist sales teams with marketing materials, presentations, and collaterals.- Ensure proper documentation of client leads, campaign performance, and sales feedback.- Follow up with internal teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.- Schedule and facilitate regular coordination meetings between sales and marketing.- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing leadership.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- 4-5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing Coordination, Project Coordination, or similar roles.- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines.- Problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail.- Team player with the ability to work across departments.Key Skills:- Coordination & Collaboration- Sales & Marketing Knowledge- Reporting & Documentation- Time Management- Communication & Presentation SkillsHR TeamYiron Technologies Pvt Ltd (ref:updazz.com)
