Develop and maintain a database of potential clients.
Client Acquisition and Showroom Visits
Contact potential customers via cold calls, site visits, and referrals.
Convince prospects/leads to visit the showroom and explore product options.
Explain product benefits, designs, and pricing to match customer needs.
Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
Relationship Management and Follow-Ups
Maintain ongoing relationships with potential and existing clients.
Follow up with showroom visitors.
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and showroom staff to provide a seamless experience.
Prepare and submit sales reports, visit logs, and market feedback to the management.
Product Knowledge
Stay updated on the company's product range, including types, quality, pricing, and applications.
Keep informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Keep updated on new product arrivals, features, and promotions.
Guide customers on suitable products based on their project requirements.
Address technical queries related to product durability, installation, and maintenance.
