2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the electrical or manufacturing industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

1. Job Purpose:
Drive revenue growth by Account management, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company's electrical switchgear products across target markets.
Reports to: Sales Manager
Collaborates with: Marketing, Production, and Customer DMU
3. Dimensions - Targets, Budgets, Staff numbers:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for existing products with existing customers.
Manage travel and promotional budget for customer engagements.
4. Principal Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with existing customers.
Identify perceived user value (PUV) of our products
Present product offerings and support customers with technical insights.
Work with the production team to ensure customer requirements are met.
Report on sales performance and market trends.
5. Job Context:
This role is key in expanding the customer base to support the company's ambitious growth goals. The salesperson will play a vital role in building market presence.
