Responsibilities:
Call existing and potential clients from provided leads (mainly IndiaMART, WhatsApp, Email, etc.)
Explain basic product details (perfumes, incense sticks, aroma oils, etc.)
Take customer orders and pass them to the production team
Maintain simple records in Excel
Follow up with clients on inquiries, quotations, and repeat orders
Coordinate internally with dispatch and packaging teams
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi & English (Regional languages are a bonus)
Basic computer skills - WhatsApp Web, Email, Excel
Polite, punctual, and good at follow-ups
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service preferred (not mandatory)
