Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and build relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centres, and other educational institutions.
Promote Career Guru's career guidance services, workshops, and assessment programs.
Schedule and conduct presentations and meetings with school authorities and education heads.
Generate leads, follow up consistently, and close institutional sales deals.
Travel across cities or designated regions to meet potential clients and conduct on-ground promotions.
Collaborate with the counseling and operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Maintain regular reports on visits, leads, and conversions.
Requirements:
Willingness to travel
extensively (within city/region).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Ability to build rapport with educators and institution heads.
Prior experience in education sales or institutional marketing is a plus.
Own vehicle preferred (travel allowance will be provided).
