Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HVAC Sales Person to promote, sell, and manage HVAC solutions including VRF systems, ducted air-conditioning, chillers, ventilation, and allied services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, coordinating with design and project teams, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, and healthcare projects
Meet architects, consultants, builders, contractors, and corporate clients for business development
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the HVAC design/engineering team for proposals and BOQs
Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers, quotations, and tenders
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and finalize orders
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
Coordinate with project and accounts teams for smooth execution and payment follow-ups
Maintain customer database, site visit records, and sales reports
Participate in exhibitions, meetings, and marketing activities
Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Good understanding of HVAC systems (VRF, ducted, chillers, ventilation)
Ability to read basic HVAC drawings and specifications
Customer-focused with problem-solving ability
Self-motivated and target-driven approach
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Qualifications

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
MBA / Diploma in Sales & Marketing is an added advantage
Experience

2-5 years of relevant experience in HVAC sales
Experience with turnkey HVAC projects is preferred
