Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them in selecting ice cream flavors, desserts, and beverages.
Promote products, special offers, and combo deals to maximize sales.
Serve food and beverages as per portion control and quality standards.
Handle billing and payment transactions (cash, UPI, card) accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, counter, and display freezers.
Follow FSSAI guidelines for storage, handling, and food safety.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Outlet Manager.
Handle customer queries and complaints politely and professionally.
Support outlet opening and closing procedures as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Minimum 10th / 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Industry Experience:
Minimum
1 year
and maximum
4 years
in Food & Beverages.
Sales Experience:
Minimum
1 year
and maximum
4 years
in sales or customer-facing roles.
Experience in ice cream parlours, cafes, bakeries, or QSR outlets is preferred.
Skills Required
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Sales-driven mindset with upselling ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices.
