Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Sales & Operations Consultant with Fluent English

to provide services to the Bahamas-based auto brokerage firm. You will be responsible for handling potential car buyers in the Bahamas, guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process, and assisting with brokerage services. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of automotive industry basics, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Acquisition & Management:

Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and social media. Nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and offering solutions for their vehicle buying or selling goals.
Sales Process:

Conduct needs assessments to understand buyer preferences and budget. Present vehicle options that align with clients' needs, showcasing the features and benefits of each. Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing, including paperwork, negotiations, and after-sales follow-up. Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations on pricing, trade-ins, financing, and other terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Close deals effectively while maintaining strong client satisfaction.
Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate records, prepare necessary documentation, and comply with company policies and procedures. Prepare invoices and necessary documentation for clients and vehicle delivery.
Customer Service:

Provide exceptional after-sales service by following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Market Research:

Stay informed about current market trends, vehicle pricing, and inventory availability. Research and gather information on competitor offerings and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.
Vehicle search:

Finding right vehicle for client based on their preferences
Logistics

Find and organize the right logistics suitable for vehicle transportation.
Customs

Coordinate with the customs broker in the Bahamas for reception and delivery of the delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a BPO setting or with an international client base. Experience in automotive sales and auto brokerage is a plus.

Skills:

You must have command over the English language and be able to speak English like it is your first language.*

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a proven ability to close sales over the phone.*
Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology.

Working Hours

You must be ready to work the night shift as you must communicate with clients between 6.30 PM to 04.30 AM Indian time ( 9 AM and 6 PM local US time )

Working environment

You must have a quiet place in your house, free of outside noise so you can make these calls. You must have high-speed internet as all calls are made via VOIP. You must have access to a computer or tablet as all lead management is done via online CRM.
Note : Freshers are welcomed to apply with a willingness to learn and perform.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
