Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven
Sales & Marketing Specialist
to lead our brand growth, manage client relationships, and drive project conversions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both online and offline marketing with a strong understanding of interior design industry dynamics.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Engagement
Identify and convert leads through online and offline channels.
Handle inbound enquiries, schedule consultations, and manage follow-ups.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth handovers.
Maintain CRM records, track conversion ratios, and report on sales performance.
Marketing & Branding
Develop and execute digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.
Manage social-media content calendars in coordination with the design team.
Plan and monitor local offline marketing (billboards, standees, brochures, site branding).
Coordinate with agencies for SEO, influencer collaborations, and PR coverage.
Conduct local market research, competitor analysis, and track CPL/ROI metrics.
Strategic & Analytical
Create monthly marketing and sales performance reports.
Suggest new lead-generation strategies and brand-partnership opportunities.
Work closely with leadership to align marketing goals with business growth targets.
